Travelling for nearly 6 months plus a couple of bad falls I was in need of some rejuvination and the young lady from this Ayurvedic Spa was absolutely brilliant! I have a 25 year background in Swedish Deep Tissue Massage and ran my own business in Australia. My practioner worked the appropriate areas needed without asking and smoothly integrated the massage routine accordingly to give the wellness result I walked out with. Everything was clean, tidy and exceptionally professional from the moment I walked in off the street, to being guided to the room to leaving the premises. I have no qualm in referring this Ayurveda Spal & Salon to visitors of Pokhara. Namaste ~ Renate V

Après un trek assez fatiguant, je suis venue faire un body scrub, un massage deep tissue et un soin du visage. La personne qui m'a massée était très pro, discrète et attentive, et surtout son massage était très profond et intense comme je le voulais. Initially I was headed to a near by massage saloon, but they were fully booked. I am glad I bumped into this one instead, as a new business, the owner offered a discount to a catalogue pricelist. Th e business provides a clean place, professional service, room heated to nice warm temperature ( 29 °C on the air con). Private hot shower and toilet is provided within the same room - which is to be expected, but is not that common in Nepal. Manu has done a great work, I wished to have a gentle massage and to relax and that is exactly what I got. She checked with me occasionally if the strength was as I needed and was very receprive. After the massage, she brought a nice warm glass of water, which was a nice little touch. I did not feel rushed, all was being supported by a gentle relaxation music, creating a great environment. По совету друга сходила сегодня в салон, чтобы восстановить ноги после трека. Вчера был длительный спуск с гор, поэтому сегодня ноги болели, ходила с трудом. Салон новый, сотрудники приветливые. После массажа ног чувствую себя намного лучше, боль практически ушла. Массажистку звали Руджу, милая отзывчивая женщина, учла мои пожелания, помогла справиться с проблемой. J'ai passé un moment de détente incroyable avec le Trekker massage et la Reflexologie plantaire. Après 12 jours de trek dans les montagnes, ce drainage et massage a fait un bien fou à mon corps et mes muscles. Je recommande! Merci beaucoup! ~ CamAlex

Tres bon massage et bien ciblé sur les jambes avec aussi des étirements. J'avais du mal à marcher en arrivant a cause des courbatures et c'est comme ci elles avaient disparue apres. Prix tres accessibles, je recommande. ~ Edouard S

My experience at Ayurveda and Spa was outstanding. The manager Lauren was very professional and keeps the place clean and welcoming. She greets everyone with a smile she's an amazing individual. I got a massage from Ellen and it was the best massage I had in my life. After the massage I felt amazing . 5 stars for the wonderful experience I've had from Ayurveda and Spa. My massage therapist Abisek T. gave a great deep tissue / Ayurvedic massage. Thoroughly covered full body and felt a lot of release of tension for my tight legs, back, shoulders and neck after hiking several days trek to Annapurna BC and back. I was glad that the owner Ram was able to accommodate my request for a male therapist, which works better for me. Staff was very professional and friendly. ~ Chris V

I booked for a half day treatment, including a full body massage, reflexology and shirodara. What an absolute treat! With a warm welcome on arrival and one of the best massages I've had anywhere in the world. The place was very clean and quiet. The therapist Shanti had magical hands that helped melt away tension. Ayurveda spa I visited there for their spa service, the spa service was at it's best. The staffs there treated us in a very well manner, me and my friend had steam bath it was very good experience there. The very good Ayurveda massage after trekking was so nice. Joya my massage therapist was a professional. She did good strokes on different points of my body where it's usually painful. The location is in the Central area of Lakeside just in front of "Barahi Hotel" street 13, I highly advise going to this ayurvedic massage, good massage and with a good price also.Kudos to the management... 🙂 ~ RAM K

I had several great massages at Ayurveda Spa and Salon in Pokhara while I was on holiday. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, they were air conditioned and there were hot showers available. Upsara gave me a very gentle massage. The massage was also a very good price. I fell asleep on the massage table. ~ Temba B
