Me and my friends booked the half day Ayurvedic package. It was so incredible. We arrived at 4 pm feeling achy, dirty, and tired. We left around 7:45 feeling refreshed, clean, and glowing. The body scrub made my skin so soft and they really took their time lathering my body with it. The massage after was heavenly and they used just the right amount of pressure. I could tell my therapist really knew what she was doing. The facial at the end was so relaxing and refreshing. My face felt so clean and pure after all the masks and exfoliations they did. Highly recommend this place for your spa and body care needs. The staff were professional, competent, kind, and warm. The space was ambient and comfortable. We booked last minute and they were able to accommodate us. 5/5 service!!! ~ Shayla C

This is my first time in Pokhara and I was in need of a massage pronto! I found Ayurveda Spa & Salon on Google Maps and was intrigued by the reviews. Upon entering, the receptionist was so kind and welcoming. He offered my friends and I water and tea. We all did the Ayurveda Half-Day Package for 180 minutes which consisted of a body scrub, body massage, and facial. It was amazing!!! I forgot my masseuse’s name but she was great! This place is so clean and well taken care of. If you’re ever in Pokhara, I highly recommend you come here for a massage. Ich habe nach meinem 7 Tage Trekking mir eine Trekkers Therapy Massage gegönnt. Es wahr herrlich, wenn auch zwischendurch etwas schmerzhaft, aber Roman ist so toll auf mich eingegangen und hat immer wieder gefragt ob der Druck so gut ist oder lieber etwas sanfter. Sehr ansprechender Spa sehr sauber, alle unwahrscheinlich zuvorkommend und einen Tee habe ich auch noch bekommen. Hier kann man sich nur wohlfühlen! Danke, ich komme. gerne wieder. ~ Saskia

Travelling for nearly 6 months plus a couple of bad falls I was in need of some rejuvination and the young lady from this Ayurvedic Spa was absolutely brilliant! I have a 25 year background in Swedish Deep Tissue Massage and ran my own business in Australia. My practioner worked the appropriate areas needed without asking and smoothly integrated the massage routine accordingly to give the wellness result I walked out with. Everything was clean, tidy and exceptionally professional from the moment I walked in off the street, to being guided to the room to leaving the premises. La personne qui m'a massée était très pro, discrète et attentive, et surtout son massage était très profond et intense comme je le voulais. По совету друга сходила сегодня в салон, чтобы восстановить ноги после трека. Вчера был длительный спуск с гор, поэтому сегодня ноги болели, ходила с трудом. Салон новый, сотрудники приветливые. После массажа ног чувствую себя намного лучше, боль практически ушла. Массажистку звали Руджу, милая отзывчивая женщина, учла мои пожелания, помогла справиться с проблемой. Initially I was headed to a near by massage saloon, but they were fully booked. I am glad I bumped into this one instead, as a new business, the owner offered a discount to a catalogue pricelist. Th e business provides a clean place, professional service, room heated to nice warm temperature ( 29 °C on the air con). Private hot shower and toilet is provided within the same room - which is to be expected, but is not that common in Nepal. Manu has done a great work, I wished to have a gentle massage and to relax and that is exactly what I got. She checked with me occasionally if the strength was as I needed and was very receprive. After the massage, she brought a nice warm glass of water, which was a nice little touch. I did not feel rushed, all was being supported by a gentle relaxation music, creating a great environment. J'ai reçu un excellent massage Ayurvédique dans cet établissement. Le lieu est calme et propre. La masseuse était très professionnelle et m'a demandé régulièrement si la pression était correcte, auquel cas, elle s'adapte (plus doux ou plus fort). Je suis ressortie très détendue. ~ Géraldine G

I kid you not this is the best massage I ever had! I did 9 days ABC trek and my body was just aching all over the place. I couldn’t even walk properly and going up or down on stairs gave me so much pain. I came here and did 90 trekkers massage and my masseurs Melinda did a great job in untying all those muscle knots.. she knows where to work on and I came out of the session feeling like a newborn baby! My pain reduced by 70% - so happy I came here. If I had more time I will come for a second time but sadly I’m leaving tomorrow:( Definitely the best massage place in Pokhara! ~ Ainu Y

The rooms are nice, the therapists are professional. One of the best massages I had in Pokhara. Updated: The massage was so good that we went back a second time. Consistently good service and excellent massage. One more thing, I realised my credit card holder was missing only when I reached Kathmandu. Texted the few last places I might have dropped it and the spa staff checked the room and found it. Then they sent it to me via air courier and I received it the next day! No amount of token of appreciation is enough to express my gratitude. I can’t recommend this spa to everyone enough. ~ Brian Z

We booked the 3-hour body scrub, massage, and facial package and had it in a couple’s room. From start to finish, the experience was incredibly rejuvenating and deeply relaxing — I actually fell asleep during the massage, which says it all. The masseuses, Sita and Sangita, were surprisingly strong and clearly very skilled. They were attentive and took great care to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. The room and facilities were clean and well maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking to truly unwind. ~ Arpita J

Me and my Family of 4, did a complete Ayurvedic Body Massage, Body Scrub and Facial. Professional Approach & Good Reception from Ram at Entrance was just a Value Added Service apartment from the Actual Service provided. You are even picked up from your Hotel and taken to their premises by their staffs. We felt very refreshed after the various treatments. I am so impressed and happy with my experience here with Sanju! I got a pedicure, thai/deep tissue massage, leg waxing, and under arm waxing all services done by Sanju! She paid so much attention to detail and took her time in every step. The waxing was the least painful I have had and left my skin so smooth and soft. The massage was very relaxing and relieving. My experience at Ayurveda and Spa was outstanding. The manager Lauren was very professional and keeps the place clean and welcoming. She greets everyone with a smile she's an amazing individual.
